SAGESCO has achieved chains of successes and victories in a lot of academic and extracurricula
activities. The Junior High School is one of the best Basic Schools in
Agona Municipality; hundred percent passes with excellent grades each academic year, when results of
external examinations are released really prove that we mean our objectives; not to talk of ceremonial functions
such as independence day celebration 'march pass', inter-schools athletics and sports. You are welcome to any of our
quiz competitions with sister schools. Come watch any of
our debate competitions, Math and Science skills show and we promise you will surely be thrilled to the peak.
When it comes to building good interpersonal relationships, St. Germain is an excellent school to enrol your child in so that
he or she benefits tremendously from the specifialist volunteers and teachers who are very dedicated to their work and have very high
interest in moulding the behavioral and social capacity of them to fit excellently in every society. The Literature department makes
it a mandate for every child to be eloquent and have control over the English Language before second or third grade. French Language is
is a subject that we pay special attention to. Effort is underway to establish Billingual Department to take care of the French and
English Language needs, as well as English and other languages such as Deustch, Swedish, Japanese and any other.This centre will render
special services to students or volunteers from Francophone Countries or other countries to boost their proficiencies in the English Language while
the counterparts here benefit very much in the various foreign languages. This will also help drive home the objectives of youth and
culture exchange as well as inter-cultural dsciplinary.
SAGESCO has won the hearts of many volunteers and donors over the years. Volunteers from European Countries mostly Germans, Swedish, Norweigians and English; Americans and Canadians as ell as Japanese come down here to help suport these children in diverse fields of human endeavour. These volunteers help in these pupils and students by teaching them in the classroom, training them in atletics sports, educating them on important issues such as Adolescent Reproductive Health HIV/ AIDS education. Donations are also given to the beneficiary students in Young and Lonely Foundation under the custody of the proprietress of St. Germain School. The donations vary from cash to food stuff, from clothing to stationery. All interested volunteers and concerned philantropists are invited to join us raise these lovely children, let us grow very good assets down for posterity.
SAGESCO has plans to set up an ultra-modern library facility which will be stocked with books of all subjects studied under this earth including
magazines, News Severs and all possible. We plead with all concerned persons and groups to help us with books or building materials to help ourselves and nation.
It is quite pathetic to see pupils and students walk long distances to access books for research or their assignments. The library will serve
pupils and students of SAGESCO as well as the general community.
